Jill Auborn enjoys working in Human Resources with more than 18 years of progressive experience in all facets including benefits administration, recruiting, talent and performance management, policy development and communication, employee relations, safety and health, HRIS and payroll processing.
Currently the Senior Human Resource Analyst with the City of Medford, Jill holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has been a member of SHRM since 2004.
Jill’s been involved with the Rogue Valley SHRM Board of Directors since 2010 in various roles including Programs Co-Director and Membership Director. She has a passion for helping others and attends regular classes and seminars to continue learning and grow in the ever changing world of Human Resources.
