Programs Director - Lesa DePiero

Lesa is the Human Resources Manager for Biomed Diagnostics in White City Oregon. She has been working in the manufacturing world in many different roles for over 12 years. She specializes in Recruitment and Human relations, however she has also worked in Purchasing, Scheduling and Development Supervisor for Community Works.

Lesa has a BS in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Southern Oregon University. Lesa has been a member of SHRM for 3 years and this is her second year serving on the Board.
