    About the Presenter:        

    With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, coaching, and change management, Beth Lama has been a pioneer in the field of transformational leadership. Her extensive background includes senior positions in both small and large organizations across multiple industries and in Fortune 100 companies including: Apple Computer; Sutter Health; T-Mobile; Advanced Micro Devices; Sun Microsystems; PG&E; and more. She particularly enjoys working with small companies to integrate best practices in leadership and talent management. A highly certified coach, Beth worked most recently with the HR community on the topic of “Leaders as Coaches” at Sutter Health in Sacramento and managed the executive coaching team.

    Beth brings a unique combination of internal leadership expertise at all levels of an organization combined with certification as a leadership and career coach. Helping leaders and organizations succeed and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment, is her passion.

    A published author of “Best Practices in Leadership and Organizational Development”, Beth’s experience and dynamic and interaction presentation style, has led to numerous speaking engagements including:  a featured speaker at numerous SHRM conferences and other convocations; business school workshops at multiple universities; consulting with key business groups such as Credit Suisse and Visa, International, among others; service on business councils and community boards; and, she  has been featured on radio and television (WGBH, Boston – “Career Concerns for Americans”).
