Program Overview:

When leaders are constantly on the move, employee feedback is often the last thing on their minds. Employees however crave effective and meaningful feedback. Our role in HR is often coaching those busy leaders on HOW to craft that impactful message that will encourage the employee to be engaged, productive, and effective. This session will provide the tools needed for all leaders to deliver effective and customized coaching methods that will improve overall performance while maintaining and building rapport. In addition to building rapport, impactful feedback can facilitate professional development and connection for employees with the organization, leading drivers to employee engagement which is directly linked to increased productivity and profitability.
