A Professional Development Workshop with Sam Imperati

Conflict Resolution and Decision-Making:  Tips, Tricks, Traps & Tools

This interactive course provides the foundational theories and tools necessary to navigate the intersection of logic and emotion, increase the probability of your success, and decrease/resolve conflict. Learn how to: reach “resolutions,” – not just “settlements,” disagree without being disagreeable, explore – not debate, build relationships – not cases, and fix problems – not blame.
    Objectives:
    • Understand conflict, conflict resolution, and decision-making theories
    • Understand your default conflict and decision-making modes
    • Learn to select and execute practical tools
    • Practice – practice – practice!
