    • PHRMA Certification Study Group: Increase your chances of becoming a SHRM Certified Professional and passing your exam by attending the upcoming PHRMA SHRM Certification Study Group.     • SHRM Certification Grants: In partnership with the SHRM Foundation, Oregon SHRM offers professional grants to Oregon SHRM members seeking their SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.     • SHRM Rogue Valley Certification Study Group Scholarship: To support our membership and advance the Human Resource profession, the Rogue Valley SHRM Chapter is committed to promoting SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications and participation in the Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) study group program.
