    Program Description:

This highly interactive program will tell the story of one of the most disruptive employees ever encountered by the presenter, John Underwood, Southern Oregon Region HR Manager for Timber Products Company, and the dramatic effect this employee had on co-workers.  As the story unfolds, we will unpack the interactions and cross-overs of FMLA/OFLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, BOLI, Employee Assistance Program, Labor Relations and Employee Relations.  You will be better prepared to guide your organization through similar circumstances.  Don’t miss the learning opportunity John has put together from this disturbing and tragic episode.
