Ashland as their Human Resource Manager.  She received her degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Communication along with a certificate of Human Resource Management.  By this time it was 2008 and we all know what was going on with the economy.  She was laid off from Mt. Ashland and landed a job next door at nSpired Natural Foods (A Division of The Hain Celestial Group).  This is where she received the best HR experience while working 6 years in a Food Manufacturing environment under the umbrella of a large Corporation.  She had two wonderful mentors that molded me into what she is today.  After six years she decided to leave and move onto something different and away from food manufacturing.  She found Blackstone Audio, just up the street.  She has a hunch that she's supposed to stay in Ashland. She loves HR!  She loves serving people, helping them find jobs, find outside resources for their personal needs and sometimes find themselves.
