    Jamee Harrington is the Vice President of People, Culture, and Safety/CHRO at Rogue Community College, where she leads a division of dedicated and creative professionals focused on supporting students, employees, and institutional mission fulfillment.   

    As an optimist and champion for building cultures of belonging, Jamee is passionate about opportunities where she can listen, learn, build relationships, think holistically, nurture curiosity, and co-create meaningful change. Collaborating to help leaders and stakeholders make people-centered, data-informed decisions is vital to her work.

    Jamee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Jamee received her PHR in 2014 and SPHR in 2017 from the HR Certification Institute. She became a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) in 2019, awarded by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association.

    Jamee is also a long-time member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), currently serving on the national public policy committee and Western Region Board of Directors. Jamee was one of six higher education HR professionals from across the country selected for the 2021-22 CUPA-HR Emerging Leaders cohort.

    While much of her career has been dedicated to higher education HR, Jamee enjoys serving the broader profession locally with Rogue Valley SHRM. She became the College Relations Director in 2022.
