Gain an understanding of what fosters brain health, growth and flexibility. Learn tools and techniques for improving your brain that easily adapt into your day. Learn skills that help you have more energy, fresher thinking, greater calm and clarity, and work effectively with upset people. Learn to override the tendency to become negative and overwhelmed.

FEEL YOUR FEELINGS, ACT FROM YOUR VALUES (afternoon workshop)
At the end of the day, have you behaved in ways that you admire and desire? Are you satisfied with yourself and your outcomes? Learn how becoming "triggered" or caught up in strong emotions can divert you from your desired goals and acting from your values, ideals, agreements, and commitments. Learn the physiology and skill of impulse control. Learn the difference between personal needs and professional commitments, and the healthy separation of each.
