    Program Description:

Tracking employee information, and reporting on strategic employment trends, while keeping your company compliant with payroll and labor laws, can be challenging, frustrating, and incredibly time-consuming.  My goodness, you chose HR because you like working with people, not pushing paper!   Utilizing technology to free up time to work WITH your employees is an excellent investment for your company as a whole. Elevating HR to the “C-suite” only happens when you bring valuable information, such as HR metrics, to the table that helps improve your company’s bottom line.  This program will provide an overview of today’s technology, while showing the benefits YOU can sell to your management!

The purpose of an HRMS is to centralize ALL of your employee data, while making information accessible to those who need (or contribute to it) easier. Current fully-integrated “Hire-to-Retire” Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) should offer a single database, web-based solution, to eliminate “uploading”, “synching” of data, and duplicated data entry, which usually results in introducing mistakes along the way.  A good system will help you protect your company by ensuring compliance with ever-changing payroll and labor laws.  It should also be “friendly” enough for your employees to use as their source of information for reports and data.
