    How does Workplace Bullying affect your company? This presentation will describe workplace bullying, its effects on your workforce, the conflict of Theater of Bullying and Incivility detailing the role the “Alongside Standers” play in workplace bullying. This course will look at how to change the paradigm using emotional intelligence, growing courage, learning to act, the power of two concepts, and how to avoid hiring bullies in the first place. A call-to-action plan will be taught where you will be the superhero, giving you valuable tools to take to the table at your workplace. Please join us in this interactive presentation to learn how workplace bullying affects your company and what you can do about it.

    About the Presenter:  Paul Coughlin is the Founder and President of The Protectors, an international, freedom-from-bullying organization that combats what is now considered the #1 form of child abuse in the nation - Bullying. The Protectors is a proud partner with STOPIT, which was named by CNN as one of the leading apps changing the world for good, and which has drastically reduced bullying in schools and workplaces across the country. His writing about bullying has appeared in numerous media outlets, including Fox News Headquarters. He has appeared on Good Morning America, C-SPAN, The LA Times, The New York Times and others. He is an expert witness regarding bullying and the law. His workplace bullying training includes professional teams, including the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens and MLS’s Real Salt Lake. He is a former newspaper editor and is the author of numerous books about Bullying.
