The research is clear. Diverse & Inclusive environments are performance enhancers. They are characterized by higher productivity, less turnover and more resilient cultures. Increasingly employees are looking for more purpose and meaning in their work. More than career paths, they want to feel alive at work—that what they are doing is making a positive difference. Yet many companies fail to realize a positive healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

Why? Because it seems elusive, hard to measure, and hard to prove ROI. Everyone’s talking about designing a holistic Diversity & Inclusion employee experience, but no one’s telling you how to do it. As a result, most HR teams haven't hit the gas pedal on defining and executing their D & I strategy that delivers real outcomes.

In this session, participants will learn the actionable skills for designing and evolving existing HR services.

    Key Objectives:

    • Understand how Positive Psychology and Social-Emotional Intelligence impacts employee performance and organizational health.
    • How to increase engagement scores by creating a purpose-driven team
    • Discover a creative, fun, and interactive activity to introduce inclusive behaviors
    • Turn the concept of inclusion into actionable and practical behaviors that all employees can adopt
