Asking yourself if you are a success or a failure is a useless question. Whether you are new to your career or an experienced professional, start asking, “Where can I make a difference?” It may require that you develop the courage to step up, the humility to step back or the selflessness to step aside. The most constructive way to go through life is to keep focusing on what you learn and how you can be better at being you, rather than fretting or gloating over what you've done in the past. Your legacy will be measured by how well you serve those you lead. In this interactive program, you will learn how to harness your individual style into effective and assertive action respected by staff, colleagues, and executives, alike.

This program is designed to teach HR professionals how to better work with their organization's leadership, as well as their own teams, in order to have greater influencing skills and buy-in, resulting in a greater impact with changes to their organization. Whether new in their career or an experienced HR professional, fine-tuning leadership skills by capitalizing on natural strengths and implementing new strategies will create a more impactful and lasting leadership legacy."

     Highlights and key takeaways:

Chief “Brandthropologist” Gwenne Wilcox understands the art of persuasion. Her career in advertising and marketing began on New York City’s Madison Avenue. She later worked at award-winning firms in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle.
