Program Overview:
Many times we approach people with training that cover communication, leadership, and measure improvements. What if as HR professionals, we could be more effective by approaching people as humans first, employees second?
In this discussion, we will talk about what it means to be living in your true identity so you can foster others’ true identities. We will talk about the importance of uncovering the roots, instead of plucking leaves off of the roots. This will be a unique and interactive discussion that is not typical in the corporate environment. Come with an open mind and get ready to have some fun.
Program Learning Objectives:
- To learn what it means to live in your true identity and how that applies to the professional setting in terms of productivity and employee engagement
- To clearly identify what blockages get in the way of living in your true identity within the professional setting and how to identify those blockages in others
- To learn the process of using this information to foster the personal and professional development of others within an organization
Please Note: This program is offered both in person and digitally. If you purchase a digital ticket, you will be sent the link for attendance the night before the program.
