Program Overview
Every leader wants to champion a rock star, brag-worthy, drama-free team! Rock star teams are not
an accident, they are an amalgamation of important traits and skills. This presentation prepares
leaders to move the dial on team engagement, performance and culture, beginning with Leaderful
Engagement. As teams build capacity for clear, connected, and honest conversations, trust
increases, performance improves, and engagement grows. And, we all know it starts with the leader.
