Safety for Supervisors
This interactive session provides tools and resources for supervisors and managers. We discuss the role of supervisor in managing safety and providing safety leadership including the importance of setting safety expectations, ways to monitor work practices and provide feedback, and tools to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to employee safety.
Jim Nusser | Senior Safety Management Consultant | SAIF Corporation, Eugene
Jim Nusser has been with SAIF for 11 years as a safety management consultant. Jim graduated from Oregon State University with a Masters degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management. Jim has worked with companies in a variety of industries to improve slip/trip/fall prevention efforts and improve supervisor’s ability to manage safety.
