About the Presenters:
Heather Lipana Heather Lipana’s career has taken her many places, from an Analyst with Harry & David to professional Road Bike Racer. After retiring from racing, Heather went back to the Corporate world as an Executive Recruiter in the Solar & Outdoor industry. She relocated back to the Rogue Valley 3 years ago and is currently the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager for Lithia Motors’ corporate headquarters.
Geoff Gill In his current role, Geoff Gill supports Lithia Motor’s Talent Development & Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience teams as the Director of Human Development. Before joining Lithia in 2016 as the Director of Performance Management, Geoff worked for more than 10 years in the senior living industry at Pacific Retirement Services and Rogue Valley Manor and was a local business owner and operator prior to that time. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
Dalila Webber After several years in the consumer banking industry, Dalila Webber transitioned into the human resources & talent arena, joining Lithia Motors in 2016. Her customer service expertise has been instrumental in efforts to enhance the candidate experience and she currently serves as a Talent Acquisition & Development Lead for Lithia Motors’ corporate office. A Southern Oregon native, Dalila is a passionate life-long learner who enjoys growing herself and sharing her knowledge with her team.
