- SHRM Certification Grants: In partnership with the SHRM Foundation, Oregon SHRM offers professional grants to Oregon SHRM members seeking their SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification. SHRM Rogue Valley Certification Study Group Scholarship: To support our membership and advance the Human Resource profession, the Rogue Valley SHRM Chapter is committed to promoting SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications and participation in the Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) study group program. The scholarship is meant to help current members who are in financial need and whose employment organizations do not support funds for professional development.
