Brandy Birrueta is the Director of HR Systems and Analytics at Dutch Bros Coffee Headquarters in Grants Pass, OR. At Dutch Bros Coffee she is able to carry out her love of the HR profession while working for a company that helps grow her personally as well as professionally. The coffee is a bonus.

Previously, Brandy worked as the HR Department Lead for Motorcycle Superstore for 7 years. She got her start in Human Resources 17 years ago starting as a Human Resource Assistant at Toys R Us. Brandy’s experience includes many aspects of the Human Resources profession. Brandy studied Psychology and Communication at Southern Oregon University where she also pursued the Certificate in Management of Human Resources. In 2014 Brandy earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Brandy was awarded her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015.

This is Brandy’s eighth term on the Rogue Valley SHRM Board. She served many roles such as Foundation Director, College Relations Director, Membership Director, and President-Elect. This is her second year as Rogue Valley SHRM Chapter President.
