    Shanon proudly works for Mercy Flights as the Human Resources Specialist. She is the one and only in the Human Resources Department, therefore, she does it all and loves it! Prior to working for Mercy Flights, she worked for Southern Oregon Head Start as the HR & Benefits Manager for 12 years. She received her PHR certification in 2011 and her SHRM-CP in 2014.

    This is Shanon's second year on the board.
