This program is the culmination of a three-year study conducted by John Underwood, and presented in two previous Rogue Valley SHRM programs, to address the very current issue of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. John’s previous programs focused on the roots of racism and the institutionalization, over the course of our country’s history, of the effects of racism on black America and on other persons of color.
